New Custom Courtyard Home Design Entry for 2017 Parade of Homes
Lee Michael Homes is entering the 2017 Albuquerque Spring Parade of Homes with a new Courtyard concept home in their newest community, Las Colinas, in the North Valley area of Albuquerque. Even though it has a Northeast address, it is located right off Los Ranchos Rd and Edith so it has a very rural feel on a one third acre lot.
“We believe our new courtyard design will be very popular. People enjoy being outside more and enjoying the temperate climate we have right here in the City,” says Alexa Knight.
The Courtyard concept in these custom homes will provide private living in an outdoor environment. In addition to this, the home is also featuring a multi-generational appeal with a private home-within-a-home accessed through the private courtyard. This type of custom design offers many opportunities for home-office or studio needs, families living together, and older children living with parents.
